Gail Watson Cake - Wedding Favors and Cakes

All of the items here are made to order by hand. There are busy times of the year for us and we suggest getting onto the production schedule early. A basic order should be placed with the estimated number of items listed and a 50% deposit. Four weeks before the event a final order is required and the final amount with the shipping costs will be given to you.

Once the final payment is received, the order will be forwarded. Cookies and groom's cakes are shipped second day air to arrive on the Friday before. Everything else is sent priority ground the week before the event.

When placing your order please be sure to specify the color of ribbon, the color of the jordan almonds and the proper monogram (if necessary), as it is to appear.

All items are hand packed and guaranteed against breakage. In the event that broken items are received please return the items in the original packaging and we will either replace them or reimburse you.

We accept American Express and personal checks (shipment after clearance).

When ordering a cake first determine the size you will need for your event, including sizes of the layers. If an adjustment or add-ons are needed we can help you figure out what you will need. Ordering a little extra is not a terrible thing. Sugar flowers can be used to decorate the cake tray or table, or they can be saved for a future cake.

Feel free to improve on our designs. Choose a different background pattern or icing color. Perhaps a square cake or the addition of columns will suit your taste. Send us your photos. We would love to see what you have come up with.

When assembling the cake be sure to give yourself plenty of time. The decorating comes at the end and is the most fun, so you don't want to be rushed!
