The sea shells are made from a sugar paste and painted in shades of shimmer and opalescence. The fan coral is not included and must be made by either you or your baker - easy to follow instructions are included.

The kit contains a combination of our famous candy shells to complete the look of the cake shown. There are approximately 150 shells in the large kit for $310, for the small kit there are 100 shells for $250.

Each kit also includes the silver dragees, ingredients and instructions on how to make the fan coral, a photo of the cake and assembly instructions.
